Our success to date has been built on our strong commitment to teamwork and planning with all members of the Construction team and the Client, together with our ability to complete our projects on time and within budget.

We are now partnering with a number of preferred subcontractors, which enables BEC to provide the continuity and standard of workmanship the the end users expect.

BEC Company Structure

Our central office undertakes Planning, Estimating and Procurement roles and also provide support services to the on-site team.

Planning: Planning is an integral part of our estimating process and great care is used when tendering for a project, by producing a tender programme, which enables both planner and estimator to gain a thorough understanding of each project and the processes and buildability of each scheme.

Estimating: Estimating is a central resource and involves taking the project from initial tender enquiry through to hand-over to the construction team. The Estimator will undertake site visits, procure materials, sub-contract tenders and produce our tender document ready for submission to the client.

Procurement: Once a project has been successfully secured, the project will then be passed on to the construction team. This team includes our Buyers, who procure all materials for the project, as well as procuring the services of sub-contractors from our Approved List. All materials will be compliant with the requirements of the contract and will be sourced in accordance with our material and sub-contract procurement schedules.
