New purpose built Canteen facilities’ consisting of traditional foundations facing brick walls with brick arches, handmade tiled roof, with barn hips, and feature dormers. Internally; purpose made staircase leading to first floor seating area. Works include kitchen fit out, coffee shop and separate office facilities. Externally, a new access road and hard landscaping completed the facility.

New Purpose built Science and teaching facilities’ consisting of traditional foundations facing brick walls with brick arches, handmade tiled roof and internally includes full lab and teaching including interactive work boards, individual taps and gas tabs mounted on desks, emergency gas cut switches and fume cupboards. Works included seven fully fitted labs, two chemical storage rooms, and a disabled toilet.
A refurbishment and extension consisting of a steel frame and patent glazed roofing to provide a new Library suite was also provided.
Externally a new Car Park was installed.

New ground floor extension and hall refurbishment. The project consists of, traditional foundations; with brick/block work substructure and a Beam & Block Floor, External facing brickwork walls, with Aluminium Windows and Doors and a new Alwitra Flat roof, and a Green roof over this.
Internally Plastering to Partitions and new Finishes, with a refurbishment to the existing Youth Club hall, and adaptations to the existing M & E scheme.
Externally, works to the Car Park and New Retaining walls.
The scheme has a number of Environmental requirements which have been carefully worked into the project, such as a green roof and sky lights, a Rain Water Harvester, and Eco Boiler.
