New Timber framed Building to provide 40 No new student accommodation units. Construction consists of traditional foundations, PCC floor, Kingspan timber frame, preformed bathroom Pods, a traditional pitched roof to one building and a Single Ply roof to the main block. External faced brickwork, with brick arches, Aluminium windows, with extensive external works. Scheme constructed to Breeam Very Good, and under the CCS scheme.

New Purpose built Food Technology Block and Sixth Form centre consisting of traditional foundations facing brick walls with Trespa rainscreen cladding to the first floor, handmade tiled roof.
Internally includes full food technology fit out and teaching area including interactive work boards, and a new sixth form area, with a fitted out Café, and disabled lift.
Externally a new access road to be installed and associated external works and Car Parking.

A new detached extension to provide dining Hall, W.C’s, and kitchen to serve the existing primary school.
Project consists of traditional foundations, with a PCC ground floor, steel frame, with loadbearing face brickwork, Glulam Beams, with a pitched and tiled roof over.
Cedar cladding to the Gable ends, with external render panels, and internally, a complete new Kitchen fit out, with a Junckers floor, and soft finishes.
Externally new ramps for disabled access and a covered walkway complete the project.
