Complete fit out to form a new Doctors Surgery constructed to achieve Breeam excellent.

Fit out consisted, of a complete M and E design, with underfloor heating, ventilation system, Doctors Waiting system, Induction loop, new lighting, and automatic entrance doors. Internally the finish was very high specification, with Ash doors, and glazed screens, an Ash reception desk, acoustic flooring, and internal doors, a Records store, 6 Consulting rooms, two treatment rooms, waiting areas, sluice room, kitchen, reception area, and office area for the admin staff, all with furniture fit out

Finishes were single ply flat roof, external through coloured render, and trespa cladding externally, with new aluminium doors, and windows.
